Open the national query

Step 1: reach the query.

Open the NHC service platform and choose the medical-staff query group, then licensed-doctor query.

That platform page forwards to the national doctor registration query portal.

The portal route is titled “Doctor practice registration information query”.

医生执业注册信息查询

A Shenzhen district government notice quotes the same address for querying a registered doctor.

医师经申请注册后，可以通过以下网址查询医师执业注册信息：https://zgcx.nhc.gov.cn/doctor

A Huhhot government notice says doctors registered by the approval authority have their information published and can be queried.

经审批部门注册的执业医师，具体信息对外公布，均可查询。

An older government answer quotes a legacy address with port 9090; it is a legacy form and our own request to it was refused (HTTP 403), so use the address above.

Step 2: what to type.

Every search condition is required.

所有查询条件为必填项；

Province: you must choose the province where the doctor works (31 province-level options are listed, including Beijing 北京市 and Shanghai 上海市).

Institution: enter at least four consecutive characters of the institution's name; matching is fuzzy. The portal's own example is 协和医院 for 中国医学科学院北京协和医院.
